Terms & Conditions

1.Parking must be arranged by the customer at both addresses. Any parking fines incurred will be charged to the customer on the final bill.

2. A £30 charge will be added to the final bill if any dismantling of furniture is required before removals can commence.

3. If the packing service has not been arranged then the customer is repsonsible for packing, sealing and labelling. If boxes are packed by Swift Shift then a charge of £7 per box will be applied and contents covered by our insurance policy.

4. If customer has packed their own boxes then the contents inside cannot be covered by Swift Shift Goods in Transit insurance. The insurance cover would only apply if damage has been caused to the packaging externally by Swift Shift staff.

Cancellation Fees

Should our services be cancelled 3 days prior to the arranged removal date a 30% charge will apply. This is increased to 50% within 24 hours.
